Education Marketing Team Leader

  • Supervises the team of counselors for walk in generation and analyses the daily report
  • Updating the daily activity target to Management along with the achievement report,
  • Coordination with operations team,BD Team and out station Admission consultants: creating consultant,admission follow ups,providing admission material,walk in support for counseling at various location for courses.
  • Operating Daily center operations activities and coordinating center activities through assigned staff; prioritizes and delegates work activities.
  • Writes communication and promotional literature for distribution such as newsletter, brochures or flyers and coordinates printing and distribution..
  • Preparing Daily MIS report, Keeping proper record of consultants PAN India basis.
  • Reviews applications or other center documents to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to the center.
  • Managing Online inquiry,Mailer,Google,Shiksha and other sources of Leads.
  • Taking end to end follow up of leads and closing it accordingly.
  • Serves as center representative during projects by responding to and resolving emergency situations and ensures all aspects of projects/events are implemented and controlled according to plans.
  • Provides assistance and information to faculty, staff and outside organizations regarding center research and projects; maintains contact via telephone or written correspondence.
  • Coordinating with the student registration process for on-campus and online courses each quarter.
  • Enrollment of students in Quick School, updates student contact information, enters assessment test scores, and other daily processes.
  • Tracking daily registrations and updates weekly goal report and monitors quarterly tutoring service usage.
  • Monitoring students who withdraw from courses and improves processes to increase retention; monitoring registrations to ensure accuracy in academic advising.
  • Managing all the process reports, floor management, daily calls barging along with live call barging of inbound team and manage all the process related documents.
  • Responsible for the recruitment i.e. taking interviews for process, induction process, training sessions and certification of batches.
  • Management of people in effective and efficient manner so that maximum utilization can be done with the minimum resources.
  • Maintain documents of work perform during the day.
